  Welcome to our delightful self-contained bed and breakfast accomodation situated in beautiful West Sussex countryside. Conveniently situated for Gatwick Airport( 15minutes), the towns of Horsham (5 minutes) and Crawley (10 minutes) yet only 20 miles from the Sussex coast.   This converted former dairy building offers flexible luxury accomodation. Sleeping up to 6 people in one double room, one split level room with twin beds and an occasional small size double sofa bed. Each room is self contained with en-suite luxury shower room and central heating.

The whole building can be used on a self catering basis utilising the fully equipped kitchen / breakfast room.

Very conveniently located for either business, with Gatwick Airport, Crawley and Horsham very close by, or for pleasure, with the Sussex coast only 20 miles south, and central London only 1 hour by rail.

The property is rurally situated with country walks nearby, a choice of pubs nearby. Food is served in 3 nearby pubs.

Private coarse fishing is available on our own small lake. The lake is stocked with a wide variety of fish and provides good sport.

For larger familes the whole annexe can be used on a B&B basis or self catering
